Technology education at Bowral High School provides the opportunity for all students to develop a range of problem-solving skills within a safe and challenging environment.
Technological and Applied Studies (TAS) caters for a wide range of student interests and abilities through the practical application of knowledge and the development of skills and attitudes within a variety of Technology courses which involve researching, designing, producing and evaluating.
Students learn about and use a variety of resources, materials, tools, processes and techniques and develop and apply vital life skills such as teamwork, communication, time management and organisational skills to produce practical solutions to identified needs.
Bowral High School offers a wide range of courses in both the junior and senior curriculum. Modern, well equipped specialist facilities cater for courses associated with engineering, food, graphics, hospitality, information and communication, metal, textiles and timber technologies.
